Today I will try my hand at making Sour Plum Chicken, a dish copied from Esquire Chicken, in which I feel that it is easily prepared.
Depending on the number of people:
- 500g of chicken (preferably chopped up nicely)
- Sour Plum essence
- 250g of flour
- Frying pan
- Culinary skills
First of all, I would like to say that it might take a while for you to get the recipe right, so don’t blame yourself if the final product is not as tasty as what is shown in the picture above.
- We start off with heating up the chicken on the frying pan.
- While we are waiting for the chicken to cook, feel free to clean some dishes and chop up some vegetables to go with the chicken.
Fry Cook BoilSteam the chicken. Then proceed with…….. Who am I kidding? I can’t cook for nuts!
